HOST A WEEK WITH MCREST

Is your congregation on the calendar to host MCREST? If you are interested but not sure if your congregation has the ability to host a week, call and invite the Program Information Specialist to meet with your pastor or governing board to learn more about hosting or partnering with another congregation. FRIENDRAISER

Everyone needs a friend to help promote or bring awareness to a ministry or event; you can help bring awareness of MCREST’s mission to our community by inviting a staff member to your next service organization meeting, congregation, workplace or school. Find out what we do and how we do it. Call 586 415 5101 for more information.

Host a fundraiser show through Pamper Chef, Tupperware, etc., and designate MCREST as the recipient of a percentage of the proceeds, host a baby shower, housing warming party and donate the items to MCREST or clean those closets, basements and have a garage sale, donate the proceeds to MCREST.
 

Volunteer

There are many ways you can volunteer with MCREST, all volunteers must be 18 or older, if you are under 18, you will need a parent or guardian with you to volunteer your time. Some volunteering may require an orientation. All volunteers will need to complete a Volunteer Application. We welcome those that are in need of community service.

INDIVIDUAL

Volunteer during your church MCREST week.

VOLUNTEERING AS A MEMBER CONGREGATION

   • Host a week
   • Assist other congregations during their host week
   • Host a fundraiser benefitting MCREST
   • Make MCREST recipient of mission offerings
   • Participate/support MCREST fundraisers or events

VOLUNTEER AS A CORPORATION OR BUSINESS

   • Sponsor in whole or part a MCREST fundraiser or event
   • Provide Financial Sponsorship
   • Provide Advisory Assistance
   • Provide a Corporate Endorsement
